Greetings to the FC Cape Town family.

Firstly a hearty congratulation to all the management,coaching and playing staff
at FC Cape Town for their achievements in the 2009/2010 season. Our season 
can be measured in many ways however we need to look closely at our objectives
and challenge ourselves to ensure these objectives are achieved.

To enhance our chances of achieving our objectives we employed professional
staff, who we belief would change the face of the FC Cape Town BRAND. Not only
did we employ European coaches we also added passionate educated administrators,
together they worked tirelessly on and off the field to achieve our success.

Our season ended on a HIGH note and this is thanks to our success in reaching
the 1/4 finals of the Nedbank Cup. Our achievements in this cup is a culmination of 
HARD WORK, DISCIPLINE and SELF BELIEF. Our entire team used all their resources
to ensure we achieved this success which was a direct contribution from all parties
at our club.

I had the privilege of watching the integration of our senior players along side our
young development players conquer the best in South Africa. The satisfaction achieved 
for these young beasts is beyond our wildest comprehension.

We are excited for the 2010/2011 season not only because our continent will host the 
2010 WORLD CUP but we will be working VERY hard to ensure that FC Cape Town will
be proudly represented in the next WORLD CUP in 2014. We will for the first time take 
up the challenge and start our own DEVELOPMENT TEAM who will participate in the 
tough VODACOM league. We will also introduce our association with our 
YOUTH ACADEMY which will ensure we discover the next AFRICAN SUPERSTAR 
from the FC Cape Town ranks

It is with excitement we look forward to the new season not only because of the world
cup but also because the following will take place at FC Cape Town

- ARRIVAL of an additional European coach to assist our DEVELPMENT TEAM
- INTRODUCTION of a development team which will participate in the Vodacom league
- INTRODUCTION of our association with a  TOP youth academy
- DEPARTURE of 4 of our players to Europe to enhance their football careers

WE WILL DEVELOP THE NEXT AFRICAN SUPERSTAR
